I had an issue with my order and this company was lighting fast with responding to my needs and ensuring that my product was delivered to me on time. They cannot control the fate of shipping delays but what I can say from my experience is please pay the extra money for priority shipping, especially around Christmas time.

The product itself is great. Feels great. Looks great. It comes with an adjusting kit. Extra pins a pin tool and honestly I waited a long time to pull the trigger on this and I'm very happy with it.

The G4 band in person is very beautiful and impressive!
When I first opened the also very nice box I must kept staring at it at least for 30 seconds! the color is identical to the galaxy watch ultra! The Magnet Buckle Clasp is beautiful, unique, secure and very functional! The tool for resizing is very useful although the needle is a little bit fragile. It bends easily but there are 2 of them. The people of Ultra Supply Co. were very helpful and replied always immediately. It took a while to arrive in Greece but no shipping costs. In my opinion the G4 band is well worth the money over cheaper titanium ones!

I like the look and feel of this band

I like the look and feel of this band, My only complaint is it is difficult for me to attach it to my wrist with one hand.

This is the best titanium band out there now for the Galaxy Watch Ultra. The quality of the grade 4 titanium, DLC coating, and level of polish are unmatched. The titanium silver version matches very well with the silver/white color Galaxy Watch Ultra. My suggestion for improving this band would be to make the ends that connect to the watch stylized exactly the same as for the Titan G4 Titanium Band sold by Ultra Supply Company for the Apple Watch Ultra. Those ends taper nicely and have a cutout for the middle piece, so the design incorporates seamlessly with the watch body. Please make this design change (as I imagine you could, seeing as you sell the Apple Watch Ultra band that I'm mentioning) and I will purchase another one of these bands for my Galaxy Watch Ultra. Thank you!
